Hello,
We are experiencing duplicates with Rehire accounts.
Scenario:
New Hire hired Taleo SmartOrg user account created with username 12345. This new hire now becomes a "Former Employee". and account is inactive.
Same New Hire comes back and gets rehired for a different position, integration runs and now it says this person already exist. I am not able to merge two candidate profiles before onboarding, because New Hire already completed an onboarding previously.
How can I update the Former Employees user account under SmartOrg to update Employee Status to "Current" and turn "Active" on for user account in SmartOrg without duplicating another account?
