Summary

I can view but not edit instance qualifiers for content such as competencies.

Content

Previously we could update the instance qualifier values by renaming or setting the default.  I am not able to edit these even though I have application admin, hcm application admin, implementation consultant, and hr specialist roles.  I am using the enhanced talent profile in 19B.
