How do we establish if Oracle meets the French tax requirements for storing digital receipts?


Does anyone know how to get assurance from Oracle that the expenses module in Oracle Cloud Financials stores digital copies of receipts for personal expenses that are compliant with the French legislation as detailed below?

In order to guarantee the integrity of the digitized files, each digitized document is kept in PDF format (Portable Document Format) or in PDF A / 3 format (ISO 19005-3) in order to guarantee the interoperability of documents. systems and data sustainability and is accompanied by:

1 ° A server stamp based on a conforming certificate, at least the one-star level security general level (RGS);
