Opening up Editing Access to Contacts not created by that User

Content

Right now, it looks like only Administrator and the actual Creator of the contact can edit the Contact information.  Others can only view the contact.

I want to open up the ability for one of our custom roles to edit all contacts, regardless of who the Creator is.  And I am not finding how to do that.

Does anyone know how I grant this access?
