Summary

Is it possible to have goal auto-assigned to employees based on their job title?

We currently have to assign new hires with goals through Perform manually. Our business is looking to see if there's a way to assign goals to all new employees automatically, perhaps based on job title? I'm not sure if that is possible maybe through position management? Does anyone have any advice?
