Does notification fires when facilitator creates Notes

Hi,

During Talent Review meeting, Facilitator creates notes and makes visible to Manager and Worker. Our expectation is FYI notification fires to both worker and manager, but i don't see any notification.

Already enabled new responsive UI for Talent Review, Notes

As a worker, i am able to see the notes under Me > Quick Links > Feedback

As a manager, visible under My Team > Quick Links > View Feedback.

 

But in 19B readiness document, it's showing as Notes.

Can you confirm which is the right navigation and does notification fires when facilitator creates notes.
