Offer letter creation error message

Error message during the "Creation Offer letter" step

Hi,

when I move any candidate to the step "Offer" of the Candidate Selection Workflow and I click on the "Create an Offer Letter" functionality, I receive the error message in attachment. I verified the roles and the security setup and all of settings appear to be correct.    

Has someone never experienced this error message? How can I fix it? The functionality until 2 week ago worked.
