Compensation Statements

Hi, high level question about Compensation Statements please.

I do not have prior hands on experience of configuring Total Compensation Statements or the Compensation Change Statements but if we are not using Compensation Plans is it possible to use the latter to inform employees of a change to salary (which is managed outside of the system but then the new salaries loaded in via HDL) following salary review?

Also if we can't use the Change Statements without using Comp Plans, presumably we can use Total Compensation Statements to produce something similar by linking it to the Salary contained within Manage Salary?

Howdy, Stranger!
