Position flexfields or Skills and Qualifications fields in a compensation fast formula

Summary

how retrieve position details or talent profile data in a fast formula

Content

Hello all,

We are checking the feasibility to store information either at position level or in a field in Skills and Qualification Talent profile.

At first look, it seems no DBis exist neither at position or talent profile level. Do you confirm this?

Are you aware of a workaround to retrieve these information in a eligibility fast formula  for both of these two possibilities?

Thanks a lot,

Denisa
