Reports Filtered by Action Approval/Completion Date?

Hi All,

Has anyone found a way to filter a term report or employee changes report by date the corresponding action was approved? For example; we send a term report biweekly to various internal teams. The report needs to include terms that were processed in the last two weeks regardless of when their termination date was. I thought if I used the HCM - Approval Notification Archive and Workforce Management - Worker Assignment subject areas I'd be able to filter based on last action date or completion date and return the right population but that doesn't seem to be the case.
