Enhanced Profile: Spreadsheet loader for Competencies and other content types

Hi All,
In the enhanced profile management, i don't see an option to upload competencies or any other content items in Manage Item Catalog tasks. The only option i see is Add and Delete.
Is spreadhseet loader supported for item catalog for competencies or any other sections/content types?
If someone has already done this, could you please share the steps and sample data/file you might have?
