This article maintains documents and worksheets that outline and support the steps required to upgrade to the Controlled Availability Profile Management. Enhancements made in Talent Profile Management include changes to the user experience and to talent profile administration. This initial release of the enhanced Talent Profile Management is restricted to Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud customers, early adopters, and newly provisioned customers. You cannot use this functionality unless you have been explicitly approved to use it by Oracle Product Management.

Customers with newly provisioned environments need only to review the Using Enhanced Talent Profiles document, which provides guidance in using the enhanced talent profile features.
