SANDBOX: Not able to Edit Task Flow for Popup

Hello,

Client Requirement is to hide Remit-to Account Field (AP Invoice-->Invoice Action-->Pay in Full Page).

When I click on the Edit Task Flow for the Popup "Pay in Full", it is taking me to another page, but there supposed to be detailed list. But it always shows "region (closed)". Please see the attached screenshots.

Can anyone tell me, what to do to see the entire list after clicking the Edit Task Flow .
