Hi Everyone, 

Is there a way to ensure that when target systems are down, the system handles this gracefully?

Scenarios:

1) Synchronous invocations via a cloud adapter

2) Synchronous invocations to a rest endpoint

Normally, it should be possible to set values like connect and read timeouts on such synchronous calls but there doesn't seem to be a way to do so in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
