Dynamic Link to Oracle Business Intelligence Dashboard Not Working

Hello,

We are trying to use the dynamic link functionality for a custom icon so that when users click the icon, they are re-directed to the Oracle Business Intelligence application - where we have a custom dashboard created. Our aim is to use the dynamic link opposed to the static link option for the icon, so that we do not have to worry about fixing the static link (which points to a specific pod name in the URL) each time we do an environment refresh (P2T). Here are the steps we are following:
