I am interested in hearing about your experience if you have ORC and a large number of candidates applying to requisitions.
The recruiters are interested in quickly sifting through the candidate profile, and the ability to compare candidates side by side. While I understand that the Volume UX functionality is road-mapped for 19D, if you have a similar mass hire scenario, could you share what processes or functionality you have adopted within ORC to make the process more productive?
We are already using Disqualification questions.
