Summary

Talent Review Rating By Manager and Skip Level Manager Leading to Data inconsistency. Also update allowed to Employee Talent Profile making it worse

Content

Hello Team,

In the Talent Review page, if the meeting is conducted in which the Participant has "all the managers" of a Department and population has "all the Employees" of the Department. In such case the Top person in the Hierarchy sees all Employees while "preparing the review content" as all are either direct or indirect reportee of the Top manager.

1) This is too confusing

2) Also as these rating are coming from either the Talent profile/ the managers rating of the employee. If the Top manager changes the rating, then it effects Talent Profile and also the Rating which was initially given by manager. Which is not correct and leads to confusion and inconsistent system

Howdy, Stranger!
