    After the 19B Update, HCM Extracts Have Stopped Multi-Thread Processing

    Has anyone else seen a problem with HCM Extract after the 19B extract?  Even though we have multi-process configuration groups enabled, our HCM Extracts have stopped using them and no process on multiple threads.
