How to Compose Alert of Change in Hire date?

Summary

Hi,

we would like to use the 'Alert Composer' tool , to create a new Alert , that sends an email - every time someone change

the hire date of an employee - ONLY when creating a new hire, and performing Manage work relationship Actions -> edit

and edit the hire date - For example hiring a new employee for 1st July -> after he is future hired -> edit the hire date to 1st Aug.

then the Alert should capture this change.

is there an event alert ? how can we capture this change ? if possible.
