Knowledge search results do not list any search results

During configuration it is common to setup your first knowledge article and attempt to search from you first Digital Customer Service reference application. In that case, if you can see popular article listing and unable to search, a good indication of something to still run is search indexing. For 19A and 19B the documentation provides the information for setting up for your first knowledge article.

If you attempt to run knowledge indexing and it fails, simply trying running indexing again
