Referral Bonus is not available on Job requisition creation page

How to enabled Referral bonus capture on job requisition creation page

Hi,

I am able to define Referral Bonus at the requisition template level.

However, at the requisition level, I do not see the 'Budget' section under which the referral bonus appears.

This is preventing recruiters from updating the referral bonus amount for each Job requisition.

Any tips of how to enable the section to capture referral bonus?

PS: We are using Responsive UI in 19B
