Questions about flow for employee referrals

So we are testing turning on employees being able to refer a friend. We do not have Social Sourcing.

I created a flow, but it seems to have added a couple of pages to the flow that I didn't create nor configure.

In Screenshot 1 - I understand why the page is here, but can I edit the wording or, if wanted, remove the page from the flow?

In Screenshot 2 - Can I remove this page or change anything on it? Again, it's not in our flow.

In Screenshot 3 - I created this form, but the part in red square was not part of it. When I click the checkbox, it doesn't do anything. Can I remove it?
