i have updated the connectors for business event trigger point for Fulfillement line status update? But it is not triggering. Is there anything more that need to be done?

I added 3 connectors for Fulfillment Line status update - Fusion Shipment/PickReleaseService/DOO_BUSINESS_EVENT_NOTIFICATION. Will this trigger an event on status Picked which is an intermediate status?
