HCM Location for Manager Self-Service Reports
Summary
Where are other companies, placing self-service reports in HCMContent
The manager experience we are designing for HCM is to provide infolets as the primary channel for managers to consume reporting. For anything that does not make it to the infolet page, we are planning to provide view access only to a standard set of reports that span the different HCM modules.
We have located 3 different places where we could place these reports (see attachments - Locations A to C). To be clear, we are looking to understand where to best direct our managers to view their reports. Locations A to C have various levels of a simple, clean user experience - especially considering they will only have view access.
