Making the Out of Policy 'Justifcation' available on the mobile App


Hi all

Our Users would like to be able to use the Mobile App as much as possible, however, as we have Policies associated with all of our Expense Types, a 'Justification' is needed if the Expense is Out of Policy. On the Desktop Application a mandatory field becomes available to complete on the Expense Item once the Item is added to an Expense Report. This is not available on the Mobile App, which means that the Report cannot be submitted for approval via the Mobile App and the User has to log into the Desktop Application in order to provide the justification and then submit
