Hi Gurus,
We have implemented Talent Management which includes Goals Management, Check-in, Feedback & Performance. On top of this we have incorporated Security which restricts Line Managers to see information only for their direct reportee. This restriction is done through Line Manager Role.
Now we have built custom OTBI reports for line managers so that they are see information related to Direct & Indirect Reportees however after applying the above said Security settings OTBI reports are now restricted to show only direct reportees.
Is there any way we can bypass this & reports should show both direct & indirect reportees.
A quick response would be highly appreciated.
