We have started using Manage Stock Grants screen.

Usually an employee is granted with an amount of Unvested shares and after certain period part of it become vested. It might require few periods until the whole amount of shares will become Vested.

We've uploaded the current snapshot of employees' grants and their Vested and Unvested amounts of shares in respective fields.

What is the best practice to move shares from Unvested to Vested?

Is there a process in the system that can assist with the transition?
