Auto Pick and Ship Confirm

Summary

Orders created in OM and received from external order system need to be ship confirmed as good have already bee dispatched

is there a way we can pick and ship an order using batch versions or API for sales lines that have been loaded via web service from an external system or created on OM and the good have been taken without manually picking and shipping the lines?
