Adding link to .ics file in a resource alert

Hi,

is it possible to add a link to the .ics file in a resource alert?
There is ${learningActivityAddToCalendar} in standard event alert - "Offering definition has Changed". However, it seems to be not available in Learner Learning Records REST Endpoints.
