Minnesota Wage Theft Law
Summary
How are you addressing the points in the MN Wage Theft LawContent
MN has enacted a Wage Theft law for employers to follow as a regulatory requirement as of 7/1/19 and fines to start on 8/1/19. I'm curious how other companies will handle the various points of the law. The modification to the Payslip was easy but are wondering about the other points surrounding compensation and benefits.
