I am getting below error when I try to hire a new employee using HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader

The Contract object is not valid for the 2NTSA employment model.

I have not included any attributes from Contract component while designing the Worker template. however, it'd still create Contract component when I see Worker BO in Data Exchange when I try to load the data. not sure if I am missing something here. appreciate any inputs.
