User able to save with Blocking Alert/Error in the worksheet

Hi,

We are in the middle of the compensation cycle. We have an alert configured to throw an error message when the deviation is more than 30%. We have observed few cases where the deviation is more than 30% and alert is displayed as expected but the manager were able to save the changes with the error alert. This has happened only for 4 employees and we are unable to replicate the same issue in non-PROD instance and in PROD instance for other users.

Please let me know if anyone has faced this issue earlier.
