Alerts for dates captured in Talent profile

Hi All,

Is it possible to send out alerts based on dates captured in content sections on talent profile? For eg., if an expiration date is approaching for a license or certification, can we configure and send out alerts using the Alert functionality in HCM?

Has anyone tried this? Please let me know your thoughts.
