Upload resume file to attachements once processed by resume parser

we are trying to implement the Resume Parser functionality in a more efficient way, by using it to parse the CVs and upload the document to the application automatically. If the user is already uploading the document to the parser, why can it be include it in the application already? Could this be done ?
