Sub Folder for Requisition field in Workforce Modelling

Hi Guys, 

I'm creating a proof of concept for the reporting that can be done out of the workforce modelling area and can't seem to locate the field 'Requisition'. Any idea which subject area/ sub-folder this field belongs to? I feel like i've tried everything!
