Offer letter: headed paper

Is it possible to set, in the offer letter template, a headed paper variable basing on the legal employer?

Hi,

for our client we need to insert, in the job offer letter templates, a headed paper with the logo of the legal employer. Now, each legal employer has a different logo, and so a different headed paper model, while the job offer letter models are the same for all the legal employers. My question is: is it possible to set this headed paper as a variable, that is automatically inserted in the letter model basing on the legal employer selected during the job offer creation? Or is it necessary to duplicate the templates for every legal employer, uploading in the "Manage Recruiting
