Active User Name Flag (Terminated Employee or Active Employee)

Does OTBI provide an Activated User Flag?

We have a requirement to provide an audit report in HCM that shows any active HCM user accounts for terminated employees.  I can find the termination dates and details with no problem, but I am unable to locate a flag that shows me if the corresponding user account in HCM is still active. 

If this cannot be done in OTBI, then can you please inform me of the table and field in HCM where this flag is located, as we will have to develop in BIP.
