Hello,

When a requisition is in filled status - meaning there is a candidate that was hired for the requisition, and the recruiter updates the status
of the requisition to 'Filled' - we would like to have an automatic rejection mail to the candidate .

1) When creating the requisition- we set - in the 'Process' section - the flags of
'Automatically reject all submissions when requisition is filled' / CANCELED  / when a candidate is hired

2) There is a template , which has automatically trigger for 'Rejection Letter - requisition closed'
