Resource Alerts - Offering Level

Is it possible to configure Resource Alerts to be filtered by Learning Item Type - ORA_Class

We are trying to configure Resource Alerts for Offering level activity, such as being added to the Waitlist, Withdrawing, Removed or the Offering being made inactive. As these are for Instructor Led Training these status changes (both of Learning Item and Assignment) are at Offering and not Course level. 

Creating filters apply for Course and Specialization, I cannot filter on Offering specific attributes.

Is this a current limitation? If so, do we know when this might be addressed?
