Hi, 

We have a use case wherein we need to send Service Letters and Experience Letters to our internal server. 
We have figured out an approach for this wherein we were thinking to keep the output of the Service Letter/Experience Letter for the employees(BIP Reports, PDF format) in Fusion UCM. For there, HR personnal will be picking it , digitally signing and placing it back in the Fusion UCM. We will have a HDL Load program to pick these documents and load into Document of Records (DoR) in Fusion HCM.
