Issues with historical data populating current tax calculation cards

We are experiencing issues with historical W-4 data populating our current tax calculation cards once we upgraded to the new UI.  Oracle had us run a feature upgrade to pull in correct local tax data, but it has now caused issues with pulling historical data as current data.  Is anyone else experiencing this?
