Trying to show future termination dates as blank in active report

Content

I have an all ee report.  One of the fields is termination date.  if someone has a future dated termination, I need to show it as blank.  I tried this case statement, but get a error:

CASE
when
"Worker"."Termination Date" > TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_DAY,0,CURRENT_DATE)
then
''
else
"Worker"."Termination Date"
end

any advise?

thanks
