Not seeing imported Pending Worker in New Team Member List

Summary

Imported Pending Worker successfully but not seeing in New Team Member List

Content

Imported the attached successfully and the record shows under Person Management but not under New Team Member List.

Other strange thing is under Person Management I can go to Actions and choose Manage Person and the screen comes up for me to edit but if I choose Manage Employment I get a blank screen.  Seems something may be wrong with the work relationship or assignment???
