HR Specialist is able to edit the Career Statement of an employee

Hi,

I want the HR Specialist to only view the Career Statement and should not be able to edit it. I gave the Profile content section access to only Employee role. However, the HR is able to search for a profile and is able to view and also edit the career statement of an employee. The Content Subscriber is HRMS. How else can we restrict the HR Specialist the ability to EDIT the Career Statement of an employee.
