    Need Header even No Data returns on BI Publisher output (CSV)

    Header is not coming in BI report when No Data returns (CSV)

    In My BI Report, I am passing date as a parameter. 

    When No Data Returns for  date parameter, Header is not coming and only date is coming in the report

    I have used rtf template and CSV formate.

    I need header  should come to the file even  when for no data returns.

    Can any one please provide any inputs ...
