How to add a quick filter in Candidate section under requisition by list formats ?

Hello,

When entering the candidate section ,we added to the candidate quick filters - a filter 'In selection process' under -
recruiting -> administration - > list formats - > 'Variation 1 ' - >  'All Candidates / By Requisition' (see screenshots).
We would also like to add a quick filter , that automatically display, in the candidate section , in addition to the one under 'Candidate'
to have under the 'Requisition' also filter of 'In selection process' . (meaning  to display all requisitions in candidates under selection process ).

how is it possible to preform that ?  (maybe under a different list format).
