What are others doing to fill the gab with LinkedIn not supporting/connecting to Taleo for non HCM Cloud customers?

We are not on HCM Cloud, we are on EBS.  The new LinkedIn feature (RCA) is only for those on the cloud. For those not on the cloud, have you found a work-around or something to fill in the gap?  It looks like the recruiter "View" link from the candidate list will be going away very soon.  (So far ours is still there but with a warning message that it is going away very soon.)  Will the candidate be able to still apply using their LinkedIn profile when they click on the LinkedIn icon on the upload resume page or will
