Recruiter Access to Disqualified Candidates

Hello

Currently if a candidate is disqualified because of a DQ, the recruiter has no place to see this information. In my client's place they have scenarios where candidate can ring the office and ask why they were rejected. As the recruiter cannot see the candidate application (because they were rejected by DQ) they will not be in a position to answer this. I have been informed they are able to see this information in their current system.

Is there any way to handle this situation?
