Suddenly All Users Get Error When Submit Expense Report

since yesterday our users get error "The supervisor or Job level does not exist. (FUN-720337)" when submit expense report


Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Occurring in production environment since yesterday afternoon. There have been no configuration changes on our side. These employees do not have new managers and most of them have successfully submitted many expense reports in the past. The expense report approval process has not been modified in any way.

Since yesterday, our employees are unable to submit expense reports. After they hit "submit" they receive an email from the system "Error in Expense Report Approval"
