Add Screening Q&A To HM Emails?

Hi -

When a candidate applies, the HM is notified by email and receives a copy of the resume.

Is there anyway to add the online screening questions & answers that the candidate completed within the body of this email?

**BTW - When a req. is closed...it looks like the Q&A section is removed....anyway to have the Q&A section still show within the candidate's req. specific detail summary?
